These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and [ENTITY / OWNER NAME] ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the PepWorld website, application, content, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account for, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. When you create an account you will be asked to affirmatively accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18.

3. Nature of the Service

PepWorld is a personal tracking, organization, and arithmetic tool, together with optional reference content and user community features. It lets you record information you choose to enter, perform unit/volume calculations from numbers you input, read general and community-sourced reference information, and (on certain tiers) interact with automated AI features and a user community. The Service:

• is provided strictly for informational, research, and educational purposes;
• does not manufacture, sell, supply, source, or facilitate the acquisition of any compound or substance;
• does not endorse, encourage, or recommend the use of any compound or substance; and
• performs calculations based solely on values you enter — outputs may be wrong if your inputs are wrong, and you must independently verify every result.

4. Not medical or professional advice

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and creates no doctor–patient or other professional relationship. Any text, descriptions, "reported" benefits, categories, dosages, calculations, community posts, AI outputs, or other content provided through the Service are general information only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not applicable to you. Many substances referenced are research compounds that are not approved by the FDA or any regulator for human use, and may be unsafe, ineffective, or illegal.

You agree that all information provided by or through the Service must be independently cross-checked and fact-checked by you, and that you will consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before making any decision relating to your health, medications, supplements, or any substance. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read, were told by another user, were shown by an AI feature, or calculated in the Service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. Assumption of risk & your responsibility

You knowingly and voluntarily accept full and exclusive responsibility for how you use the Service and any information obtained from it, and you assume all risks arising from that use. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and for any and all decisions and actions you take. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive and release the Provider and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, and liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any content obtained through it, including content posted by other users.

6. Legality & compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service, and any conduct or substances you track or research using it, is lawful in your country, state, and locality. The Service is offered only where permitted by law. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to further any unlawful activity.

7. Accuracy of information

Reference content, peptide descriptions, "stages," reported benefits, pros, cons, suggested defaults, community posts, AI outputs, and any other information are provided "as is" for general reference only, may be drawn from community, automated, or preliminary sources, and are not verified for accuracy, completeness, or safety. We make no representation that any information is correct or current. You must verify everything independently. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for any outcome resulting from reliance on any information in the Service.

8. No warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION, CALCULATION, COMMUNITY POST, OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, ANY CONTENT POSTED BY USERS, ANY AI OUTPUT, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in such cases liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any information you enter, post, rely on, or act upon; (c) any content you submit to the community or to AI features; (d) any substance you research, acquire, possess, or use; (e) your violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or any law; or (f) your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Plans. The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions, currently Pro and Pro AI, each available on a monthly or annual basis (for example, Pro at $4.99/month and Pro AI at $9.99/month, with discounted annual pricing). Available plans, prices, features, and tier inclusions are presented at checkout and may change. Higher tiers (e.g., Pro AI) unlock additional features such as the AI assistant and community access.
• Free trial. Paid features may be offered with a free trial (e.g., a 3-day trial). A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically.
• Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Payments. Payments are processed by a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details. Your use of payment features is also subject to the processor's terms.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account/billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
• Price changes. We may change prices or features; we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, and changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

12. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. In on-device (local) mode, data is stored only in your browser on your device; clearing your browser storage or losing your device will permanently delete that data, and we cannot recover it. You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; attempt unauthorized access; upload unlawful content; circumvent usage limits or access controls; or use the Service to harm others or yourself.

13. User content & community

The Service may let you post, upload, share, or transmit content in community or social features, including posts, replies, comments, votes, images, your chosen username, and any other material (collectively, "User Content").

• Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to post it and that it does not violate any law, these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the rights of any third party.
• License to us. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant the Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, and promoting the Service. This license survives termination for content others have shared or saved.
• Public and not private. Community areas are visible to other users and may be visible publicly. Do not post anything you wish to keep private, and do not post the personal, confidential, or identifying information of yourself or any other person.
• Platform role; no endorsement. The Provider acts as a neutral host and conduit. User Content reflects only the views of the user who posted it, not the Provider, and we do not endorse, verify, adopt, or guarantee any User Content. Consistent with applicable law (including, in the United States, 47 U.S.C. § 230), the Provider is not the publisher or speaker of User Content and is not responsible or liable for it.
• Not advice. User Content is not medical, professional, or any other advice, is frequently inaccurate, and may be dangerous or unlawful. Do not rely on it. Independently verify all information and consult a licensed professional.
• Prohibited content & conduct. You will not post, share, or do any of the following: (a) identify, name, link, advertise, solicit, review, price, or otherwise facilitate any vendor, seller, source, marketplace, or method to buy, sell, or obtain any substance ("sourcing"); (b) present dosing, protocols, or instructions as a prescription, directive, or medical advice for another person; (c) unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, fraudulent, or deceptive content; (d) harassment, hate, threats, bullying, stalking, or doxxing; (e) sexual, obscene, profane, or vulgar content; (f) spam, advertising, solicitation, or self-promotion; (g) impersonation or false identity or affiliation; (h) malware, scraping, automated abuse, or interference with the Service; or (i) content involving, sexualizing, or directed at minors.
• Moderation & filtering. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, screen, filter, edit, remove, or restrict any User Content or account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Automated filters (including profanity and sourcing filters) may block or hide content. Our decision to act or not act on any content does not create liability and is protected "Good Samaritan" moderation.
• Reporting. Please use the in-app "report" tools to flag content you believe violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
• Copyright / DMCA. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at [CONTACT / DMCA EMAIL] with the information required by applicable law. We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
• Consequences. Violations may result in content removal, loss of features, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

14. AI features

• What they are. Certain tiers (e.g., Pro AI) include AI-powered features, such as an assistant chat and informational analysis of materials you submit, that generate responses using one or more third-party AI models (for example, models provided by OpenAI).
• Automated and often wrong. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinated"). They are general information for research and educational purposes only, are not medical, professional, or any other advice, and must be independently verified.
• No reliance. Do not make any health, dosing, purchasing, or safety decision based on AI outputs. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional.
• Not a lab test. Any "analysis" of an image, certificate, or document is informational only and is not a laboratory test, certification, or verification of the identity, purity, potency, legality, or safety of any product.
• Your inputs. Text and images you submit to AI features are transmitted to and processed by our third-party AI provider to generate a response, subject to that provider's terms. Do not submit other people's personal information, or anything confidential, sensitive, or unlawful. See our Privacy Policy.
• Limits & changes. We may impose rate limits or usage caps, restrict AI features to certain tiers, and modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time.

15. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding ("PepWorld"), is owned by the Provider or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of data and User Content you enter; you grant us the licenses described in these Terms to process and display it solely to operate the Service.

16. Third-party services

The Service relies on or links to third-party services (e.g., hosting/CDN, authentication and database, payment processing, AI model providers, and reference sources). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or terms. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

18. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

19. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You may not assign these Terms; we may.
